What youll be doing:

• Collaborate closely with department team leaders to assist in implementing effective workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Contribute to develop effective recruitment channels to attract top talent.
• Assist in developing different human resources programmes, policies and initiatives as required to drive employee performance and career development.
• Act as a trusted business partner by providing HR support on employee relations, performance management, and career development exercise.
• Support in handling ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as required.

About You:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Proficient in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, HR practices and other HR legislation.
• Experience in FMCG, retails or hospitality industry recruitment and managing the employee life cycle would be an advantage.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
