HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all HR & Administration duties for the main office, food factory, and F&B retail outlets in Hong Kong

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, monthly payroll, MPF, medical, and staff engagement activities

  • Assist in C&B functions including the calculation of monthly payroll, final payment, and maintain staff data in HRIS

  • Maintain and update records such as attendance and leave record management, HRIS data, and filing system

  • Assist to prepare HR & Administration reports for management review

  • Ad hoc duties and HR activities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or FMCG industries

  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
