We are looking for a Housekeeping Trainer at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong! As a Housekeeping Trainer, we rely on you to: Be responsible for providing leadership and maintaining the daily operation of all Housekeeping functions according to the standards established by the Hotel Inspect guest rooms and public areas and ensure quality standards are well-maintained Identify training needs and develop training initiatives to enhance service quality Manage the administrative duties including P&L, roster planning, and stock inventory control Prepare related reports, verify and update room status so as to prioritize room cleaning for the team Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisors We are looking for someone who has: Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping Department, preferably in a similar capacity and international hotel experience will be an advantage Knowledge in Housekeeping operations and equipment Knowledge in education methods Strong leadership skills & excellent interpersonal skills Quality-driven, customer and business results oriented Highly motivated and ambitious Proficient in PC application Excellent command of spoken & written English and Cantonese; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is desired All information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purpose.
