DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle reservations and enquiries in a polite manner.

• Confirm booking and keep the record clear and well-organized.

• Greet the guests, escort them to the tables assigned in a professional manner.

• Support administrative work.

• Any other relevant duties as assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL QUALITIES

• F.5 or above.

• 1-2 years F&B experience.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Host.

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

要求

• 中五或以上。

• 1 - 2 年餐飲經驗。

• 經驗較多者將被考慮擔任資深餐廳接待員。

• 歡迎應屆畢業生。

• 具備良好的溝通能力和顧客服務能力。

• 精通英語、粵語和普通話。

• 熟悉 MS Office (Word 和 Excel)。
