Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Team/ Team Leader to identity and engage with HNW clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Manage inquiries from both internal and external customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of all applications submitted to insurers.
• Organise logistics for medical examinations and prepare insurance forms and policy contract packages for new leads.
• Engage in continuous training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes.

Profile

Requirements:

• A degree with 8-10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically as a Relationship Manager or Insurance Specialist in the High Net Worth segment within private banking, securities, asset management, or insurance.
• Proven track record and demonstrating a performance-driven and results-focused approach.
• Strong understanding of HNW products and services, with a global mindset and the ability to collaborate internationally.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles and established relationships with ultra High Net Worth clients.
• A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
