About the Role

Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatmentsRoles and Responsibilities:Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrivalAssisting with various clinical tasksAble to perform blood taking, ECG & Treadmill ECGMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documentsProviding excellent customer service to patientsPerforming other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-chargeFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesSterilize the used medical devicesStocking and tidying up physicians room

Minimum Job Requirements:Form 7 or above or similar education levelFriendly, willing to help, self-initiative and considerate Experience in medical field is a mustExperience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but is not a must Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin preferred  Good knowledge of computer software application preferred5.5 working days, Sundays and Public holidays are free days
