About The Role

As a Wealth Management Associate, youll be the bridge between our clients and our team, acting as the voice of ZIPP and championing our clients needs. This is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where digital innovation meets personalized service. 

Your Key Responsibilities:- Learn and Grow: Equip yourself with in-depth investment analysis and management skills through our comprehensive training program.- Empower Clients: Match our financial solutions to clients needs, helping them achieve their financial goals.- Deliver Excellence: Promote our Premier Service, explore client needs, and make referrals to other business units when needed.- Be a Problem Solver: Handle and resolve customer queries through digital channels (live chat, email, WhatsApp) with professionalism and care.- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with other teams to deliver seamless service and drive innovation.- Share Knowledge: Actively provide unbiased wealth management advice and insights to clients.- Support and Grow: Assist your supervisor and take part in exciting ad-hoc projects.
