SENIOR ACCOUNTS CLERK / OFFICER

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior A/C Clerk / Officer to join our TY PROPERTY team  in Tsim Sha Tsui office. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smooth running of our accounting processes.

What youll be doing

  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents

  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate accounting records

  • Assisting with the preparation accounting reports and statements

  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team

  • Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and support

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Senior Accounts Clerk or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

  • Proficiency in using accounting software MYOB and spreadsheet applications

  • Excellent attention to detail and accounting skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
