Financial Assistant (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

This is 2 Yearly Renewable Contract Position. (Service Provider: Manpower).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end project financial management, including project planning & budgeting, project implementation & control, and reporting & analysis of projects.

• Collaborate with project team lead and finance management team lead to explore and develop strategies to manage the risk, cost control & to achieve project KPIs.

• Generate financial reports and analysis to track budget variance, produce budget baseline and monitor the execution of the predetermined financial KPIs

• Liaise closely with project team to monitor the sales and delivery process, ensure proper delivery and documentation of project for the payment, sale invoicing and collection purpose

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above. Major in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance will be preferred.

• In-depth knowledge in accounting

• Basic knowledge in project financial management

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

• Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure.

• With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories.

• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking.
