Our client, a global investment firm is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Hong Kong office, supporting the Corporate Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounts for Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Japan entities.
- Oversee accounts payable, credit cards, and expense reimbursements.
- Conduct reconciliations, FX revaluations, and financial controls.
- Prepare internal financial statements, variance analyses, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with SFC capital requirements and monthly FRR.
- Support audit processes and financial system enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5-6 years experience in asset management, financial services, or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (CPA preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (PowerBI, SQL, VBA a plus).
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong team player.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
