- Manage the calendar and priorities for senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and tracking key milestones.
- Ensure seamless logistics for all meetings—whether on-site, offsite, or virtual—by organizing materials, booking venues, and facilitating technology needs.
- Plan and coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for team members, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with internal processes.
- Organize team engagement activities and events, managing logistics and communications to foster a positive team culture.
- Provide administrative support to teams within the local organization as required
- 3+ years experience in Executive Assistant or Office Administration role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating multiple priorities.
- Experience in vendor management and contract administration is a plus.
