Responsibilities
- Assist to carry out routine maintenance and operation works
- Conduct feasibility studies of E&M system
- Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works
- Handle owners / tenants requests on technical aspects
- Monitor the performance of building facilities
- Prepare equipment and inventory lists
- Supervise and carry out testing and commissioning
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines accredited by HKIE Scheme “A” Training
- Student / Graduated Member of HKIE is preferred
- Good planning, research and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
