- 管理Lancaster香港及澳門區共4間店舖、店舖經理及員工,管理及提升店舖表現,向各店舖經理提供培訓及輔導,以達成店鋪銷售目標,增加營業額
- 管理店舖業務,包括店舖陳列、存貨管理、日常營運、工作流程等
- 具市場觸覺,留意市場的潮流、客人流向及提出相對建議
- 與VM/Marketing緊密合作,並計劃每月VIP活動等,以建立顧客的忠誠度,提升顧客對品牌及服務的滿意度
- 具零售業管理經驗
- 主動,並擁有良好的表達能力及客戶服務技巧
- 另設佣金制度
- 工作地點: 港島區
- 工作時間: 一天8.5小時
