Digital Marketing Officer

Tasks & responsibilities

• Support planning and executing marketing activities

• Create engaging graphics, video and copy using any software

• Promote branding, product and services in social media

• Manage company website and media channels

• Work closely between internal departments and other stakeholders

• Participate in product development such as sourcing, marketing research

• Handle customers inquiry on social media platforms

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team

 Qualifications & experience

• Higher Diploma or above

• Proficiency in Cantonese, an advantage for proficient Putonghua and English

• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with positive attitude and strong mindset to drive results

• Customer Oriented, attentive, & well-organized

• Be able to work independently and as a team
