Job Description Responsible for daily dealing operation and answer related call enquiry 負責日常盤房交易運作,及接聽相關電話諮詢 Execute orders, answer client enquiry and provide quotations 執行下盤指示,回答客戶日常查詢,提供價格 Offer market information and investment advice upon clients request, promoting various investment products in securities dealing, wealth management, and client services跟據客戶需要, 提供市場資訊及投資建議及推廣不同類別投資產品 Proactively contact with reactive clients to maintain and strengthen client relationships 主動聯繫客戶,以維持和加強客戶關係 Establish and maintain good clients relations and provide quality services to address their needs such as account openings and answer enquiries提供優質顧客服務, 如開戶及解答顧客查詢 Ad hoc projects/assignments will also be given from time to time 處理任何主管指派的職責 Requirements Holder of SFC Type 1 license, licensed with SFC for Type 9 activities is an advantages必須為證監會一號牌照持牌人,持有證監會四號活動牌照者優先考慮 At least 1 year of trading experience 至少有1年的相關經驗 Able to communicate in fluent Cantonese and Mandarin 流利粵語及國語 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented卓越人際及溝通技巧, 以客為本 Flexible and positive attitude to work 靈活和積極的工作態度 Immediate available s highly preferable 可即時上班會優先考慮 All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
