Customer Service Executive

You will be responsible for: Handle client inquiries, sales quotation, complaints, and follow-up Provide professional response and propose solutions on customers enquiries Address enquiries accurately and effectively as well as maintaining professional and satisfactory quality of customer service Communicate and coordinate with different parties to ensure timely resolution of customers/sales channels request and problems Assists account up-selling, order processing and client on-boarding process The ideal candidate will have: Quick learner, team player - we love team work Tertiary education or above 1-2 years of experience in customer service, fresh graduates are welcome Immediate available is highly preferred Experience in IT or Telecommunication industry is preferred Knowledge of Domain, Web Hosting, or e-commerce is definitely advantage Motivated individual with detail-minded, responsible, independent and well-organized Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin If you are passionate about IT / fintech industry and want to be part of a dynamic team, please do not hesitate to send us your full resume with expected salary.
