CSD Coordinator

We are a leading Electrical & Mechanical Contracting Company seeking suitable candidates for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of CAD drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and project managers to develop and update technical drawings.

• Assist in creating Combined Service Drawings for the Building Service System, including Fire Services, MVAC, and Electrical systems. This involves integrating all building services into a single coordinated drawing to identify and resolve potential clashes or conflicts before construction.

• Review and ensure technical drawings meet project specifications, codes, and client requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Proficiency in CAD software.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD drafting, coordination, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of engineering and design principles, including technical drawing standards.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
