Credit Analyst

Job Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of clients financial statements, cash flow projections, and credit reports to evaluate creditworthiness. Assess risk factors, including industry trends, market conditions, debt structures, and collateral valuations, to determine loan feasibility. Prepare detailed credit memoranda and present recommendations to credit committees for approval or denial of credit applications. Collaborate with relavant parties and underwriters to structure complex loan agreements that align with bank policies and mitigate risks. Monitor and review existing credit portfolios, identifying potential risks and recommending proactive measures. Ensure compliance with bank credit policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III), and industry standards. Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on credit analysis techniques and best practices. Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit risk models, scoring systems, and internal processes. Stay informed on economic trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting commercial lending. Job Requirements University degree in Accounting / Finance / Risk Management / other related disciplines 6 -10 years of experience in credit risk management CPA or CFA preferred Possess strong credit analytical skills Good command of English and Chinese Efficient, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure Less experience may be considered as Manager We offer competitive package to the right candidates.
