Clinic Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES：

·         Report to the Medical Committee with full responsibility for leading and managing the KCSMC;

·         Play a crucial role in achieving the Associations mission, goals, budgets, and performance standards, ensuring clear communication with clinic staff.

·         Ensure the smooth operation of KCSMC, including daily operations, financial matters, and maintaining positive relationships with doctors, staff, and patients.

·         Develop and implement strategic business plans, establishing policies and procedures for clinic operations.

·         Comply with all relevant policies and guidelines established by the Department of Health;

·         Perform any other assigned tasks as necessary;

REQUIREMENTS:

·         University graduate with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience, preferably in clinic operations; nursing experience is a plus.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various disciplines.

·         Proficient in English and Chinese, as well as Microsoft Office tools.

·         High level of integrity and confidentiality, self-motivated, and people-oriented with strong cultural awareness.

·         Ability to work effectively with doctors, staff, patients, the public, and external agencies; experience with government and NGOs is an advantage.

·         Capable of taking initiative and exercising independent judgement in decision-making and problem-solving.
