Business Process & Transformation Manager (Air Freight)

Client Details

Our client is a large logistics group with business across the globe. To cope with their business growth, they are hiring a Business Process & Transformation Manager to be strong with air freight operations and process, lead a small team to drive solution projects revolving freight, PO and vendor management.

Description

• Manage a small Business Solution team to drive business transformation and digitalization for air freight operations
• Demonstrate strong understanding to the operations and existing workflow, initiate and drive solutions accordingly
• Maintain close communication with customers, collect & analyze user requirements and translate the requirements into specification;
• Work with development team in China for project implementations

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Management or related disciplines
• 6+ years of experience in Business Process Transformation and Digitalization
• In-depth domain knowledge in air freight operations
• Strong analytical skills, able to understand the business painpoints and evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions using data approach
• Experience in driving air freight solutions. Possess related digital platform/ application experience is a plus
• Strong in user communication and Agile/ Hybrid project management
• Track record in team management.
• Self-driven, dynamic and detail-minded team leader
• Good command in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
