Business Development Trainee (Summer Internship)

Internal Title: Business Development Trainee Department: HK B2B (Platform and FinTech Solutions) Full-time Summer Internship Period: June - August 2025 Interview Period: April - May 2025 As a Business Development Trainee , youll work alongside our B2B team to strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to platform enhancements—ideal for students passionate about finance and technology. Responsibilities: Identify and acquire B2B clients, including wealth advisory firms, family offices, and institutional investors; Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes and ensure seamless integration with the platform; Provide ongoing client support, addressing day-to-day needs and resolving issues promptly; Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with B2B clients to drive engagement and retention; Stay updated on investment products, regulatory changes, and market insights to advise clients effectively; Take part in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for B2B platform enhancements and feature rollouts. Requirements: Undergraduates, preferably final year students majoring in Finance, Business, IT, or related fields; Interest in financial products (mutual funds, ETFs) and fintech. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills; Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
