As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing financial operations within the department
• Managing financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Analysing financial data and providing strategic recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborating with other teams to achieve financial objectives
• Leading financial audits and coordinating with external auditors
• Training and supporting team members in financial tasks
• Continuously improving financial processes and systems

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• HKICPA/CPA Qualified is a must
• 10 Years of Banking/Virtual Banking is a must
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
