Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor

Job Duties:

• Manage term maintenance projects for A&A, improvements, maintenance & redecoration works to assures the quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline

• Coordinate with clients to collect all users requirements for design preparation

• Review the statutory requirements on the proposed. Works & prepare statutory submissions if necessary

• Work with consultants including structural engineers, E&M engineers & quantity surveyors to develop the design proposal and prepare cost estimate. Supervise the performance of contractors through regular meetings, on-site inspections, etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship.

• Monitor payment & submissions to meet project schedule

• Support subordinates to promote skills enhancement and professional development

Requirement: 

• Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, Building Studies or equivalent

• Relevant experience in Building/ Architectural consultancy firm will be an advantage.

• Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge in using computer skills. AutoCAD and MS Office

• Obtained Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).

• Fresh graduate is also welcome
