You will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customer inquiries. Description

• Support the completion of billing accounting cycle
• Reconcile billing data and investigate discrepancies
• Respond to clients billing inquiries and provide resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Maintain and update billing records and documentation
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Fluent in English and Chinese
