Associate Accountant - The Profile Group (HK) Ltd (a Wilson Company)

Our client is a US broker, who is looking to add an accountant to their finance team in Hong Kong, covering the region. This will suit an early career professional with up to three years of accounting experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• General ledger journal entries, credit card and bank reconsiliations.
• Handling accounts recieveable and billing tasks
• Preparing customer invoices and verification of supporting documents
• Handling the expenses payments and fee receipts
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Work with Vendors queries and invoices
• Maintain filing system
• Review and process expense reoport

The ideal candidate will come from big4 or have 2-4 years accounting experience within a financial services firm in Hong Kong. Excellent communication in English and being detail orientated is imperiative for this role. The ideal candidate will have direct accounts payable experience.
