about the company.The hiring company is a financial technology firm which is looking for experienced Data & AI lead to lead the data and AI strategy, driving innovation and shaping a data-centric culture across the global operations.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, including robust governance frameworks, to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Own and optimize our data warehouse, big data platforms, and ETL processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency in collaboration with IT.
• Drive the POC, and deployment of AI/ML solutions in business operations.
• Act as a data business partner, translating business needs from various departments into technical requirements and delivering timely data solutions.
• Mentor and lead data engineers, scientists, and analysts, fostering an agile, innovative, and collaborative environment.
• Design and implement data architectures that support multi-regional expansion, addressing unique regulatory and cultural challenges.

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• With 12+ years in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within an internet, lending, or fintech company.
• Proven mastery in data architecture, big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), AI/ML frameworks, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud).
• Demonstrated experience leading agile teams and methodologies, ideally with a Scrum Master certification.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in written and verbal Cantonese/Mandarin and English
