Operations Manager - USD Fund -

Are you a detail-driven operations expert with a passion for financial markets and a knack for streamlining processes? Were a growing hedge fund looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and help us scale with precision and innovation.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day operations of the fund like a well-oiled machine.
• Managing trade lifecycle events across multiple asset classes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing operations team.
• Driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Using tools like PMS/OEMS and reporting systems-and if you can code a little (Python, anyone?), even better!
• Collaborating with external partners, service providers, and auditors.
• Supporting investor relations with data and due diligence requests.
• Keeping a close eye on operational risk across all fund activities.

What Were Looking For:

• 6-8 years of operations experience in financial services (hedge fund experience is a big plus).
• A legal or compliance background-especially from a regulator, law firm, or hedge fund-is highly desirable.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Strong grasp of financial markets, trading systems, and the regulatory landscape.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Enfusion and Excel; coding skills (Python) are a bonus.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications? Even better.
