Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We, a local public listed company with business in property investment and property development , are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and high calibre individual for the following position: Responsibilities: Formulate comprehensive budget and cost plan for the property development project, ensuring accurate estimation and management of construction cost Participate in the selection and appointment of consultants and contractors Manage the procurement process for supplies and subletting of contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards are met Conduct detailed estimation and analysis of construction costs for land bids, subcontracting, variation works, and minor/maintenance projects, optimizing cost efficiency and accuracy Responsible for post-contract administration, including measurement of work, verifying interim payments and overseeing final account settlements Requirements: Degree in Surveying or equivalent, MHKIS or MRICS is an advantage At least 5 years of relevant experience in property developer, consultancy firm or main contractor Good communication and negotiation skills Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin Candidates with more experience would be considered as Quantity Surveyor Interested parties please send resume with day time contact telephone number and expected salary to the Human Resources Manager, 7/F Three Pacific Place, 1 Queens Road East, Admiralty, or through apply now or fax to 2865 7517.
