Assistant Building Surveyor / Surveying Officer

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Surveying
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and responsible
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Candidate with less experience/ qualification will be considered as Surveying Officer

Responsibilities:

• To assist in preparing drawings and documents for A&A and renovation projects for statutory submission, tendering and project management;
• To assist in carrying out inspection of buildings and slopes, surveying defects, repair works and unauthorised building works, investigating sources of water seepage, arranging issue of statutory orders/notices/directions, and supervising works, including emergency cases, carried out by the government contractors;
• To assist in preparing documents for Minor Works Control System, Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme and Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme submissions.
