Our client is expanding a team in Capital Market Services, responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of capital markets engagements, in particular with IPOs.

What youll need to succeed

  • Lead and coordinate capital market transactions, including:
    • Initial Public Offerings (IPO), with a focus on Hong Kong IPO
    • Secondary listings in Hong Kong
    • Major transactions involving Hong Kong-listed companies
  • Advise internal teams on handling enquiries from regulators and external professional parties
  • Represent the firm in engagements with investment banks, regulatory bodies, legal advisors, valuers, and other professional stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and listing requirements in Hong Kong and the US
