Admin Clerk (Up to 20k per month)(Contract)
Our client is a well-known insurance company in Hong Kong. They are now seeking for an Admin Clerk to join their team to cope with their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Mainly support TMs to follow up application with customers
- Assist customers in completing policy documents and other related information ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Support the administrative work to the team
Experience:
- 2-3 years sales administration experience from banking / financial industry is an advantage
- Passed IIQE Paper 1,2,3 & 5 is preferred
- Self-discipline, detail-minded with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Have experiences and capabilities to handle all matters in relation to sales administration
