We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our thriving business at Leeds Electronic Eng. Limited in the vibrant area of Wong Chuk Hang, Southern District. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in our accounting team, helping us to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. What youll be doing Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations and credit control Prepare financial reports, statements and analysis as required Assist with the month-end and year-end accounting close processes Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information Support the wider Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed Diploma holder in Accountancy or related discipline, minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in electronics companies or related industry Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Proficient in MS Office and MYOB account systems Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team Request Diploma holder, but candidates with less experience or lower qualification (e.g. Passed with LCCI Intermediate Level) will be considered as Accounts Assistance Priority with electronic factory related working experience Full-time
