1.Responsible for day-to-day accounting work in a timely and accurate manner

  • Trade Spend and Marketing invoices booking

  • Overhead invoices booking

2.Assist in Month-end reporting

  • Accounts receivable analysis reports

  • Accounts payable analysis reports

  • Trade Spend analysis reports

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation Schedules

3.Accounts Receivable

  • Responsible for daily accounting functions

  • Prepare bank reconciliation and maintain accounting record

  • Support daily credit review and order release

  • Assist in managing daily collection activities

  • Customer reconciliation

4.Assist in ad hoc projects and assignment
