酒店機電維修員 Maintenance Technician - E&M (up to 25k + 花紅)

Location: 銅鑼灣 / 上水 / 沙田

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including kitchen equipment, pool facilities, water pumps, lights, audio-visual systems, and air conditioning.負責廚房、泳池、水泵、燈光、影音及冷氣設備的維修保養。

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in good condition.定期巡查並進行預防性維護，確保設備正常運作。

• Supervise contractors and report on their service quality and progress.監督承包商的工作質量及進度。

• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.執行上級指派的其他工作。

Requirements:

• Experience in hotels, clubs, or property management preferred.具酒店、會所或物業管理經驗者優先考慮。
• Must hold a valid Hong Kong Grade A or R Electrical License.須持有香港政府註冊 A 級或 R 級電業工程人員牌照。
• Five-day work week with shifts.五天工作，輪班制。
