Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop a global brand strategy that encompasses brand positioning, image building, market entry strategies, and differentiated competitive approaches while tailoring the plan to the target markets culture, legal environment, and consumer habits.
2. Expand into overseas markets by establishing global sales channels and partnership networks (such as KOLs, media, and industry associations) and by organizing online and offline events such as international exhibitions and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
3. Lead the global brand team, including localized teams, by setting performance evaluation standards and driving their implementation; coordinate effective collaboration among internal teams and external partner agencies.
4. Provide guidance on crisis communication management, safeguard brand reputation, and respond swiftly to market changes and negative public opinion.
5. Monitor market data (such as SEO/SEM performance and social media engagement rates), regularly produce analytical reports, and adjust promotion strategies accordingly; identify market trends through competitor analysis and user research.
6. Build a brand culture system and unify the global brand image through visual design and creative advertising.
Position Requirements:
1. Masters degree or above; overseas study experience preferred.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both can be used as working languages); proficiency in other languages such as French or German is a plus. Possess cross-cultural sensitivity and be able to adapt to frequent overseas business trips or assignments.
3. Over 5 years of experience in brand management or international marketing, including at least 3 years in team management; proven success in leading global brand promotion campaigns (e.g., increasing market penetration and executing large-scale events).
4. Deep expertise in target industries (such as Internet, AI), familiar with product lifecycle management and international market regulations.
5. Skilled at integrating marketing resources, developing long-term brand strategies, and breaking them down into executable plans.
6. Keen ability to identify market trends and convert them into brand communication opportunities.

崗位職責:
1. 制定全球品牌戰略,包括品牌定位、形象塑造、市場進入策略及差異化競爭方案,結合目標市場的文化、法律及消費習慣調整策略;
2. 開拓海外市場,建立全球銷售管道與合作夥伴關係(如KOL、媒體、行業協會),策劃國際展會、新品發佈會等線上線下活動,提升品牌曝光度;
3. 領導全球品牌團隊(含當地語系化團隊),制定績效考核標準並推動執行;協調團隊及協力廠商代理機構高效合作;
4. 指導危機公關處理,維護品牌聲譽,快速回應市場變化及負面輿情;
5. 監測市場資料(如SEO/SEM效果、社交媒體互動率),定期輸出分析報告,調整推廣策略;通過競品分析與用戶調研挖掘市場趨勢;
6. 構建品牌文化體系,通過視覺設計、廣告創意統一全球品牌形象。
職位要求:
1. 碩士及以上學歷,有海外留學背景者優先;
2. 英語和普通話流利(可作為工作語言),掌握小語種(如法語、德語等)更佳,具備跨文化敏感度,能適應頻繁海外出差或外派;
3. 5年以上品牌管理或國際行銷經驗,其中至少3年團隊管理經驗;需有成功主導全球化品牌推廣案例(如市場滲透率提升、大型活動執行);
4. 深耕目標行業(如互聯網、AI),熟悉產品生命週期管理及國際市場規則;
5. 擅長整合行銷資源,制定長期品牌規劃並分解為可執行方案;
6.敏銳捕捉市場熱點,將趨勢轉化為品牌傳播機會。
