Accountant / Accounting Supervisor

• F.5 or above with LCCI Higher or above

• 中五程度， LCCL高級以上會計文憑/證書

• Min 5 Yrs Full Set Accounting experience

• 5年以上全盤數經驗

• Good Experience in Bank Trading Facility 

• 具同銀行聯繫經驗，管理銀行交易及其他財務功能

• Good Experience in A/R

• 豐富應收帳經驗

• Good computer Knowledge-MS Office 

• 熟悉電腦office, Peachtree, POS

• Experience in ERP is an advantage 

• 有ERP經驗 

• 處理日常會計工作

• Handle daily accounting work

• 負責月結/年結工作及提交財務報表 

• Responsible for monthly/yearly closing and submission of financial statements

• 監督及安排會計文員的日常工作

• Supervise and organize the daily work of accounting clerks

• 負責追收工程單貨款

• Responsible for the collection of payment for clients

• 現金流管理

• Cash flow management

• 與外部審計師聯繫以準備年度審計報告

• To liaise with external auditors for preparation of annual audit report

• 具有工程公司工作經驗更佳

• Experience in working in an engineering company is a plus

• 與國內同事聯絡處理上款安排

• Liaise with China factory colleagues on payment arrangements

• 管理和監督東莞廠會計部

• Manage and supervise the accounting department of Dongguan factor
