Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Empower educational institutions, hospitals, medical companies, and government departments (e.g., legal, public security) to accelerate digital transformation through AI-powered software solutions and intelligent technologies.

  2. Build rapport and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across target segments, including school administrators, hospital IT directors, medical company decision-makers, and government officials.

  3. Develop proactive sales strategies and end-to-end solution selling approaches tailored to the unique needs of education, healthcare, and public service sectors.

  4. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing industry pain points (e.g., smart campus management, AI-assisted teaching, healthcare data analytics, public safety tech), and strengthen customer stickiness through customized account development plans.

  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, technical, delivery) to align solutions with client requirements and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree or above, preferably in EdTech, Computer Science, or related fields with industry insights. (experience in AI/software sales is a plus).

  2. At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI solutions, edtech, healthcare IT, or government/enterprise software sales. A track record in closing deals with educational institutions, hospitals, medical firms, or public sector clients is highly desirable.

  3. In-depth understanding of AI-driven software products (e.g., smart education platforms, healthcare analytics tools) and their application in solving industry-specific challenges.Proven ability to design and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.

  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., school principals, hospital administrators).

  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.

  6. Fluent in Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
