About the Job Responsibilities: Lead a team in designing, developing, and evolving 3G/4G/5G NSA and SA packet core networks Oversee the design and rollout of mobile data services for both B2B and B2C customers Continuously enhance mobile data network performance and user experience Mentor and train team members to improve their technical skills Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, of which at least 7 years in data services Strong expertise in Mobile Packet Core Networks, Data Services, Policy and Charging Control and Roaming A drive team lead with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, keep abreast of technology trends and developments Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua is a plus Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager Apart from competitive remuneration package and exciting opportunity for career development within the Group, we provide attractive employee benefits such as free company shuttle, free company SIM card and preferential SIM plan offers, comprehensive medical & insurance schemes, as well as full range of other employee well-being provisions.
