Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Degree or above qualification.
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
