• 透過電話解答客戶的一般查詢並致力提供客戶滿意的服務
• 恰當地處理客戶的投訴
• 積極學習公司新產品有關知識，促進日常工作的順利進行
• 根據經理的要求執行額外指定的工作

工作要求：

• 高級文憑程度或以上
• 最少一年客戶服務經驗
• 有禮，具備耐心同耐壓能力
• 能以流利廣東話、英文和普通話溝通
• 懂基本電腦操作
