Responsibilities:

• Handle general front desk duties includes greeting clients and guests, daily registration, and tidiness
• Answering incoming calls and enquiries, and send to related parties when necessary
• Handle mails, couriers and parcels daily
• Conference room management as scheduling the conference room and managing facilities
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1 year or above working experience, prefer in customer service industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication in English is a must, Good command in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate available or short notice period is preferred

Work location: Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

Work Time: Mon - Fri, 0830-1800
