Jobs Descriptions:

• Support the product application process by assisting with product listings and updates on the live-streaming platform
• Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure a smooth sales process for new products before launching it on the live-streaming platform
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics for live-streaming projects and collaborate with the team to adjust the sales product strategy accordingly
• Develop saleable merchandise for the live-streaming platform by managing the supply chain and coordinating corporate enterprise collaborations
• Provide dedicated customer service support and event coordination for live-streaming activities
• Any ad-hoc tasks as per requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Associate Degree in Business Administration and Related Commercial Discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the airline, travel agency, or live-streaming industry, with a good understanding of product and ticket operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and ensure the smooth execution of the live-streaming activity process
• Strong time management abilities to maintain the efficiency and flow of the live-streaming workflow
• Strong commercial acumen to respond to business market changes
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of online platform mechanisms
• Familiarity with the market behavior of the aviation industry is an advantage
