Applicants should possess a PhD in biomedical engineering, biological science, or medical science, or equivalent. The appointee will work on developing three-dimensional tissue imaging. Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (RNA extraction and sequencing prep, Western blot, molecular cloning, protein expression and purification), histology techniques (including immunohistochemistry, fluorescent in situ hybridization), confocal microscopy, and basic data analysis. Strong knowledge of microscopy, imaging and image analysis will be highly advantageous.
