1. 圖書貨品 進貨 、陳列及銷售管理

2. 圖書銷售及業績目標達成

3. 顧客服務

4. 賣場日常運作事務執行

客戶服務區：

1. 櫃檯收銀及基本帳務處理

2. 顧客服務諮詢

3. 商品查詢及訂購服務

4. 執行節日及主題的行銷計劃

文具區：

1. 精品、文具、禮品銷售 管理

2. 商品陳列組合、包裝及創意美化

3. 商品查詢及訂購服務

4. 策劃節日及主題行銷計劃
