Key Responsibilities:

• Cooperate closely with the customer care team and the solution team to assist system setup.
• Managing the annual member survey program to gather feedback and satisfaction
• In charge of the projects purchasing, quality control, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the solution team to create materials for new project proposals, oversee project execution, keep management team informed of project status updates, and more.
• Prepare and negotiate the contracts with stakeholders.
• Organize clients, internal teams, and outside vendors to ensure that projects are carried out perfectly.
• Able to achieve and excess the assigned targets.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, IT, business management or related disciplines.
• 10+ years working experience in Customer Services Project Management.
• Fast learner, out-going personality
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is preferable
• Take responsibility and ownership of assigned projects.
• Strong in clients facing skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
• Strong in preparing PowerPoint.
• A good team player with ability to work independently and work under pressure
• Effectively priorities and manage multi-tasking to meet deadlines
