The Role

ASSO/AVP, Business Support, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

Maintain good relation with ESOP relationship managers and sales managers.

Gather enquiries and provide speedy response to frontline users.

Responsible for the daily operation of the ESOP Platform.

Responsible for the platform configuration of onboarding companies and platform migration of existing companies.

Responsible for the maintenance of ESOP related data of companies.

Monitor the daily operation of corporate accounts and distribute reports according to schedule.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

University degree in Business administration or Finance related disciplines.

At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Preference will be given to candidates with ESOP products and client servicing experience.

Excellent communication and problem solving skill.

Independent, reliable, detail-oriented and positive working attitude.

Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
