Our Visual Merchandisers drive that, making sure customers have a seamless experience in-store. Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the implementation of company VM standards at the store level, including window displays, in-store visuals, mannequins, hotspots and in-store decoration.
- Maintain and organize all VM equipment and materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Support layout adjustments, product handling, and renovation/store opening projects.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the stores commercial team and the marketing team.
- Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance VM initiatives.
- Contribute by sharing market insights, expertise, and connections to support the development of VM strategies.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience in retail fashion (VM, Retail Sales) are a plus.
- Strong fashion sense and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
- Collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in email and MS Office applications.
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and English.
- 5 days work per week
