Working Location: Central

Working hours: 5 days work for 2 weeks; 6 days work for 2 weeks per month (9:00 am - 6:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

• Provide quality customer service to tenants and visitors in a cultural and creative mall
• Handle complaints and requests from tenants and maintain good relationship
• Start the day with greeting customers
• Handle enquiries, requests and phone calls from customers and visitors at Information Counter and CS e-mail account
• Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents
• Support in-mall activities like exhibition events
• Perform inspection to stores at all floors and record information in daily patrol form
• To perform daily administration duties, including issuing signage/ directory, notice and work orders
• Handle redemption

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service, receptionist or administrative role is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16,000.00 per month
