• Completed Form.3
• Be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English, both in written and spoken forms
• Be proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog, Thai, Hindi or Vietnamese, in written and spoken forms
• Preference will be given to those with relevant working experience in social welfare organizations and knowledge in running programs, publicity and promotional work, receiving the public, community networking, liaison or event coordination
• Be proficiency in MS Office

• Assist in preparing and conducting group activities and programs, publicity and promotional work, networking duties, training and various activities for local and multi-cultural population
• Assist in providing simple interpretation and translation service for multi-cultural population
• Assist in manning the reception and receiving incoming calls
• Assist in clerical work and other assigned duties
• Working Location: Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
