Key Duties: Sales Optimization: Responsible for monitoring sales performance and generating innovative ideas to meet sales objectives and boost category profitability. Category Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to refine product selection, pricing structures, and promotional activities aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Market Research: Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, understand customer needs, and assess the competitive environment. Supplier Relations: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms to benefit the business. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure category strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.
